Open concept kitchen w/ large cooktop, Island, toaster oven, vented range, microwave, Keurig coffee, kettle, utensils, cookware & dishes.
Queen bed, smart TV, couch, work desk, and other essentials provided.
We are located in a quiet and friendly subdivision.
Close to restaurants and all amenities. Bedford Waterfront is 5 mins drive.
Airport & Halifax Peninsula are 20 mins drive.
Central and portable heater to keep you warm during the winter months.
Absolutely no smoking on the property, including the driveway. No pets, as I have allergies and live in the same house.
You're welcome to use the BBQ in the backyard, but you can only grill halal meat or vegetables. No pork or by-products on the grill, please.
A car is required since it's a 1.4 km or 15 mins walk to the nearest bus stop.

Very nice little basement suite
Our host was great, checked to make sure we had everything we needed, he even anticipated what we mught need and was right!! I highly recommend this place as long as you have a car!!

Great for a couple
Met by the very attentive owner who is very polite. Answered texts very quickly, and checked in to make sure everything was okay and to see if I needed anything. Place was clean, bed is very comfortable, and amenities are close by with a car. Easy access to major highway close by.
