Oceanfront view magnificent

The units location on 7th floor gave an amazing view of ocean looking towards Coolangatta. Absolute beachfront with paved walkway in both directions giving access to Lagoon. Blessed with beautiful weather for our 3 day stay. Unit interior is modern décor with all modern appliances. Push self closing drawers are a feature, although as an older couple we did struggle a bit with that feature being on the large fridge/freezer. The 2seater sofa/lounge with reclining feature was a bonus & very comfortable for relaxing. Sleeping not so sure? For us, the main disappointment was the bed mattress. It gave no comfort & was like sleeping on cardboard. Harsh but realistic given our the pain we both experienced by morning. Restless uncomfortable sleep periods at best. I hope CarIos you might want to fix this with a better quality mattress. Balcony, lift, underground parking & close to Burleigh Heads & other GC locations possible with easy drive.

Misleading facts

Booked property for 3 weeks for 3 adults. Only one double bed and a blow up mattress that could not be used for lack of space. One blind that could not be closed on a window facing east which meant the person forced to sleep on the couch got blinded by the early morning sun resulting in lack of sleep. Mould in room. Fly screen damaged. 3 hours to get into the room, no card

Newly renovated very well presented apartment in excellent location.Check in process was outstanding.Carlos is very attentive and helped us find alternative accommodation on our final day when our plans suddenly changed.overall 10 out of 10.
