The kitchen comes fully equipped with a complete culinary set and modern appliances, making it easy to cook and gather together. Step outside to your private oasis featuring a pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, and a comfortable lounge area—perfect for enjoying the Miami sunshine.
Free parking is provided for 2–3 vehicles, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis ($5 per hour).

3. Guest Limitations: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction.

4. Occupancy Rules: Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. The website will automatically apply this fee if your booking exceeds the standard occupancy. For more details, feel free to contact us.

5. Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction.
