This farmhouse was exactly as advertised. Tons of space in a quiet, safe area. Loved the different spaces for our group to spread out in and the sauna was a great way to wind down.

The rustic house has a lots of room for 6 people. We enjoyed the deck and saw a coyote in the day and enjoyed the howling in the evening. There was space for everyone to sleep and enough bathrooms. Beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of cutlery, plates, etc. It was nice to have the retro pans to cook our supper in the oven. The barbecue was not in good condition so we used the oven. Loved having a laundry room. After sitting on the deck on the evening (a new railing is necessary. ) we loved being able to warm up on the sauna. The internet was not fast but it kept us from roaming to the USA so we really appreciated having it. Jag was great at sending an information sheet on the way to use things when we requested one. He gave lots of great advice of things to see. Places to go and how things worked. He responded to texts and emails. There was ample parking for 2 cars. Rooms were clean. Windows could use cleaning so we could enjoy the great outdoors. The access to the side cement deck was nice to watch the sun come up. Beautiful mountain views. Jag contacted us the day before to give us access to the house. Easy to find and great to get to places from. Interesting to be so close to the border so we could see the Border markers and the border patrols.

Softball Headquarters for Family

We stayed there while we were at softball nationals. The area was quiet. The house was as advertised and what we expected from an older farmhouse. There was a ton of room and the fans helped cool it down at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this farmhouse! The location is perfect—just about 10 minutes from the US-Canadian border. Our group of 13 stayed comfortably for 3 nights, with plenty of space for everyone. The spacious backyard (with an apple tree!) was a favorite spot to relax and gather as a family.Jag, the property manager, was excellent—very responsive during check-in and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for large groups looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway.

Lovely peaceful spot

Nice big house in a lovely rural setting. We were 7 adults and used the 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, nicely equipped kitchen. New paint job inside and new floors. We'd stay there again!

A great stay

This was the perfect place to stay for the long weekend with my family. Lots of space, a huge backyard for my kids to run around, and a relaxing sauna. Er couldn’t really figure out the TV but had brought the Nintendo switch so it worked out. I’d recommend bringing an Amazon Fire stick if movies are a priority. Also if you’re planning on spending most of your time in Vancouver it’s worth noting that this is about 40 minutes away. We loved the place and it was perfect for our family vacation.

A great spot for a family visit

A great stay overall. Could do with some check in instructions on things like garbage and recycling, how to operate the sauna etc. A very large house and property perfect for family gatherings. There were bars of soap and other toiletries left when we arrived, but otherwise a very clean and organized place. Thanks!

Langley get away

We enjoyed getting our family together at this spacious retreat in the country. Next time we will bring games to play outside in the huge back yard, buckets for the blackberries growing wild down the road and carrots to feed the friendly horses.

Quiet location, away from the busyness of the city. Various spaces for people to gather. TV was confusing to use. Suggest a small handbook with instructions for tv and garbage. Thanks for a great stay!

Retreat

Property was dated but clean. Non carpeted floors and little decor in the middle of winter made it a bit on the chilly side. There were no extra blankets or pillows those who might need them.

Great property for a big group!

My group of 9 friends enjoyed our stay at this vrbo. The property was large (5 bedrooms, laundry room, 2 living room spaces, huge yard). The location was a bit far from popular cities in the area so it made commuting slightly difficult (20 min to Abbotsford or 1 hour to Vancouver city). Jagmohan was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and even offered to drop off more outdoor furniture if we needed it. We would stay here again!

Large family house stay

This farmhouse had a huge backyard, and plenty of space for our 2 families to stay. Easy access, enough parking, quiet location and a responsive host even though we arrived late. There is nice updated flooring throughout and the beds were comfortable. The rest of the house is a bit plain and outdated although we weren't looking for fancy, so it was fine. There were 2 extra floor mattresses that we needed for the teens so make sure to ask for bedding for them when you book. We didn't know we needed to ask initially so didn't have that for our first night. The host was quick to respond though and brought some the next morning. All in all, it was a great stay.
