Located in Pearl Beach, a serene and popular town for holidayers, this large two-storey holiday home features seamless indoor/outdoor spaces, homely d cor and a very large timber deck which overlooks the peaceful bushland surrounds. Enjoy nature at its finest and hear the occasional soft chirping of birds, The Deck @ Pearlie is only a short 4-minute walk to the beachfront where you will find the beach, rock pool and kids playground.

Master bedroom has a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both have queen beds.
Bedroom 4 has a single + trundle bed.
An additional bedroom also available with a double bed.

Good rental property

4 good sized double bedrooms. Enough bathrooms for everyone but 2 downstairs. Could be better equipped in kitchen for the number of people house accommodates. Oven very small for catering for large numbers and bbq was out of gas. Dishwasher struggled with heavy use.
