Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants within walking distance. Also a pedestrian trail is close by. Unit was clean and nice. Communication with owner/property manager was great. Easy access to downtown and lakefront.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient Location

Even though this modern apartment is at half-basement level, its well lit, with easy curbside parking, on a very quiet street in the vibrant Tremont neighborhood. Easy short walk to restaurants and pubs. Short drive to a new Super WalMart. The host was very helpful and followed up to make sure all was great with the place.

Fantastic Voyage!

I want to take a moment to share my wonderful guest experience. I had an extended stay and the host was exceptional in communicating with me from the time of booking through the completion of my stay. The keyless entry made check-in a breeze. From the moment I arrived at the property, I knew that I’d enjoy my stay. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and located in the perfect part of town. I highly recommend booking with this host—I will again!

The Best Of Cleveland

I am extremely thankful for selecting this property for my short-term stay. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find keyless entry, which alleviated the stress of coordinating my arrival time. As fate would have it, I arrived later than expected and was completely exhausted, but the smooth entry process made it all easier. The unit itself felt like a cozy home away from home, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that everything I needed was readily available. Additionally, I appreciated the host's accessibility and prompt responses. The cleanliness of the unit and bedding was also a huge plus and did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend this beautiful unit for your long or short term rental needs.

This apartment is well situated in a very nice part of Cleveland and is within walking distance of some delightful little cafes. Once it is completely prepared, it should prove to be a great place to stay. We are not sure why things were not ready and wonder if there was a new owner. Lots of things listed online as amenities were not available, including among other things, a hairdryer, shampoo, toiletries, spices, coffee grinder, coffee mugs, a toaster oven, and hot water. When we first turned on the hot water faucets, we only received lukewarm water and had to endure very cold showers. When my husband checked the water heater, he discovered it had been set on low and turned it up to high, and later we had hot water. The caretaker of the property was very responsive and attempted to accommodate us by providing a gift card to Starbucks since we could not make coffee and by contacting the plumber when we did not have hot water. She apologized that the website was inaccurate about the amenities, saying that possibly a standard list of amenities had been placed on the site by Evolve. Clearly, the website needs to be updated to include the actual amenities present on the property. We specifically chose this property over less expensive sites because of the amenities listed on the website, so not having those things available was disappointing. I’m certain the list of amenities will be resolved prior to the arrival of next guests, however, it would have been great if it had been accurate for us.
