Wonder and cozy spot

The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the house was homey. Not too far from the river. Small towns near by with everything we needed. We had a very pleasant vacation and thankful for the beautiful house to stay in.

Fishing get away

Everything was in great condition, plenty of stocked stuff, you don’t need to bring anything but food and drinks, the only negative's I would have to give, not set up for handicapped and when you ran water of any sort, there was a very strong septic smell. Enjoyed the stay.

Fall Break Family Fishing Trip

Great location for our trip to Dry Run Creek to take our kids fly fishing. Close to great food options in Gassville, Mt Home, and Norfork. Comfortable stay for our family of 4. Everything worked fine when we decided to stay in for lunch & dinner. Fair privacy in a nice riverside subdivision that’s right off the highway for easy access to town. Only downside, I was sad to see no fire pits when we arrived. No big deal. Great place to stay.

Wonderful, Clean and Well Stocked

This is the perfect property for any outdoor experience (hiking and fishing close by) or just a little time away to unwind and unplug. You're only a block from the river, but the banks seem to be private access. The public access to river is only a short drive. Everything was very clean, communication from the property management was prompt and courteous. The well stocked kitchen is a dream to cook in and the wifi was perfect to work remotely or catch up on a Netflix series.

Norfork get away

Accommodations were adequate. Tornado occurred and we were left with no electricity and no water. Not owners fault
