Decepção

Imóvel com problema de esgoto (privadas, 4 ou 5 descargas e a sujeira não desce) e de água (poço/bomba falhando constantemente, entrada de ar na instalação), piso varanda/churrasqueira solto com risco de acidente, roupa de cama e banho da pior qualidade, cupim no lambri e na cama... Tenho vídeos e fotos. O imóvel não poderia estar sendo alugado sem os reparos. A anfitriã disse que "estou providenciando quando acabar a temporada".
