La Belle Bleue sur le Lac is a beautiful Beach-house cottage, located on a wooded lot of 81500 ft2 and on the edge of a large navigable lake. It is located in Ferme-Neuve, in the Upper Laurentians, in the middle of nature, on the edge of a magnificent 8 km long lake. We are 20 minutes from the Montagne du Diable Regional Park and 40 minutes from the Windigo Falls.<br><br>Direct access to snowmobile and quad trails from the chalet.<br><br>There are miles of hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails within 20 minutes or directly on the lake (when it is frozen in winter)- In the summer you have the opportunity to go fishing on our lake (lake trout, pike, zander, perch...) <br>We provide 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, a canoe, a rowing boat for fishing. We have a large pontoon to relax on the water.<br><br>Air conditioning<br><br>4 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, two indoor fireplaces, an outdoor fireplace (wood provided), and of course, the spa! Very high speed Internet via Starlink, automatic generator. Electric car charging station.<br><br>Large gazebo attached to the building to be able to enjoy it, even on rainy days.<br><br>All the comfort is there, right in the woods. We provide absolutely everything (towels, bedding, dishes, utensils... etc) <br>You bring your food, your drink and your good mood, the rest, including peace... we have it! đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™‚ïž<br><br>8 people maximum.<br>No pets. This modern, well-maintained vacation home is located on a beautiful, quiet lake. We stayed with a group of friends for an ATV trip, and there was ample parking for our trucks and trailers. Lots of outdoor space, with a hot tub, fire pit, lounges on the deck, and a dock with chairs to sit by the water. An assortment of water activities available, such as a paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (including a salad spinner!). Bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Beach towels are provided. Home is set up to welcome both adults and families with children. Hosts were very helpful.

Everything was excellent!! The kitchen was stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and lots of spices for cooking. We loved using the wood stove and fireplace. I highly recommend this property!!

Great Getaway

La Belle Bleue sur le Lac met all of our family expectations. The views and winter scenery alone make the cottage stand out.From the quality of furnishings, cleanliness and how everything needed was there!Hosts were great, immediate communication when questions arose.Multi generational yearly snowmobile trip, close to the trails, access to the lake and best of all lots and lots of snow! Looking forward to our next stay.

Wonderful Lake House

We spent a wonderful week at Christian's cottage. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the basics needed for a comfortable stay were fully stocked and well organized. The lake very quiet was great for swimming, with Paddle boards canoe and kayaks to explore the lake. If you're looking for a quiet getaway to the lake to relax, this is the place.

Beautiful house, amazing lake

We had a wonderful stay at la Belle Bleue. The house was gorgeous, everything brand new and clean, with tons of amenities like the hot tub and fun game room. The lake was amazing
perfect for swimming, wonderful dock for jumping in and kayaks etc for exploring the lake. Great host who always responded quickly to messages. Thank you for everything Christian!

Snowmobiling Trip 2024

We had a great time staying at Le Belle Bleue Chalet. The house is very well kept and worked perfectly for our trip. Excellent access to the snow mobile trails. The chalet has wonderful kitchen and lounging areas and a beautiful view towards the lake. We were there in February but I imagine it's awesome in the summer. Christian was very helpful during our stay with some of our questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic lake house!

Our family had a great time at this property. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need and more. The lake was great for swimming and we really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The hosts were very easy to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. One thing to note is the house is up on the side of a bank which provides lovely views but the path to the lake is a bit steep - no issue for us but could be tricky for someone with mobility issues.

Beautiful property. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Great location close to the snowmobile trails (1.5km). 30 mins from Mont Laurier. Very clean, modern. Hot tub was a bonus ! Beautiful spot!

The cottage feels new and bright and clean and the bedrooms are all lovely. The kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining and has all amenities. We loved the hot tub at night, looking out at the lake. We also had a great air hockey tournament! There was lots of room for our party of 5 adults both in terms of sleeping arrangements and living space with two very nice living rooms. Christian was friendly and helpful and responsive. We will be back again for sure!

2025 inaugural snowmobile trip

This place is a must for snowmobilers looking for somewhere upscale, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of mt Laurier and ferme-Neuve! Staked trail right out front of cottage, leads right to fcmq trails on both ends of the lake! Come back after a long day of riding and hop in the hot tub! Cottage is fully equipped to have 8 people, bring your food and have a blast! Christien made everything so easy for us! We will be back without a doubt.. 5 stars!!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© 2 familles (6 adultes et 2 ados) pour se reposer aprĂšs les fĂȘtes et profiter de la nature. Le chalet est magnifique et spacieux, facile d’accĂšs, confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. C’est moderne, il ne manque de rien, les hĂŽtes sont aux petits soins! Le paysage est magnifique, on a eu la chance d’avoir un lac gelĂ© pour patiner et marcher aux alentours. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.
