The house theming was great and all the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We loved the pool and spa area, and spent lots of fun time in the game room too. Overall, the stay went extremely well, but when we did have a couple small issues, the property management team was extremely easy to get in touch with, and went above and beyond to help. I would recommend this home to a family looking to enjoy the house in addition to spending time at nearby parks 😉

Very happy with our stay!

The house was exactly as described, very clean. It is located in a very safe gated community, with free mini golf, heated pool, gym and arcade room at the clubhouse. Location is near Disney, around 45 minutes to outlets, airport, and Universal. I wish there had been fewer emails/text messages sent as the information was repetitive, otherwise very satisfied.

Absolutely Great Property

The start of the trip started rocky immediately with a showing happening as we pulled in, after the 4pm check in time. The management responded immediately and apologized. It definitely seemed more like a realtor problem. We did not have any problems after. The management responded quickly to any questions and even shipped shuffle board dust immediately. We had 12 people staying and every single person had an amazing time and raved about the house and resort area. The resort pool was always clean and the optional activities for the kids were fun (sand bracelets, slime, games). Parking at the resort pool was always available. This housing community is close to so many restaurants, stores, coffee shops and only 30 minutes from all the major attractions. This is our second time staying in this community and it never disappoints!

Nice property.. BUT

The property is nice and placed in a beautiful community. The property though could use a walk through to address a few non operating vital amenities. The washer was not working, which was very frustrating to find out after you’ve loaded it and applied detergent. The main game in the game room wasn’t working and the HVAC in the garage wasn’t working, which made it uncomfortably cold on the 1st floor. Above all, the property was nice and we still enjoyed our stay, I just didn’t expect to have these inconveniences on my vacation. Also, the holders for remotes that was on the wall was falling off. The property just needs some TLC prior to booking families traveling there for a stress free vacation.
