Newly renovated, never rented, 2200 sq ft ranch bungalow with southern golf course exposure (sun all year). 5 minute bike ride to shopping and restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach. Completely renovated in 2021 with new furniture, casper/ghost mattresses, and kitchen/bathrooms/laundry.

House includes infant necessities for 2 (crib, playard/matress, car seats, etc.) and all beach toys, bikes, paddleboards, etc.. Beach chairs, towels, wagons, coolers are all on premises and available for an excellent,l private family stay in an exclusive, very safe gated community. The property has onky been used by owners until being offered for rent this year.

Spanish Wells requires a 30-day notice prior to renting and a background check. You will need to fill out the application and submit a $150 lease fee to the association after booking. Bookings are monthly.
