An Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality!Sydney was an exceptional host from start to finish. He welcomed us warmly, communicated thoughtfully, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel completely comfortable and supported throughout our stay.The house was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly suited our family during a difficult time while my uncle underwent surgery at MD Anderson in Houston. Having such a welcoming place to stay brought us tremendous comfort, and Sydney’s hospitality made an already stressful experience much easier.We are deeply grateful for everything Sydney did for us. If you are looking for a comfortable home and a host who truly cares about his guests, we highly recommend staying with Sydney. He is an outstanding host and a true gem—we would gladly stay here again and encourage anyone else to book with complete confidence!

Family Vacation

We stayed here on a family trip to Houston to see all of the museums and the zoo. It was a great place to stay in a convenient location. Lots of great food options in the area as well. The sheets were soft and the home had everything we needed. The back patio was a nice spot to relax in the morning and evening.

Great location

We had a great stay. We needed something close to Rice University and this house was great. The house is very nice and spacious with lots of windows, beautiful plants and back patio and o enjoy.

Restful weekend stay

The house was clean and organized. It had lots of space and the neighborhood was safe. It was located near lots of restaurants and points of interests including 10 minutes for NRG stadium and the zoo.

Great place

Our family was very comfortable and happy at this home while we visited our daughter who is studying at the Med Center. Worked out well for our elderly dog also. The home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is great! The neighborhood is charming, quiet, and has a safe feel. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do it justice

First visit to Houston for Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour. This location can not be beat! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I would book again!

Excellent rental

This is the second time we stayed in this property, excellent as always, very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The house is well kept, with all the possible amenities you can think off, beautiful garden, including the vertical garden!!! Will definitely return to this place when we go back to Houston.

Great Stay in Houston

Our stay here for ~10 days with my wife, her mother and our 20 month old son was perfect. The place was excellent for our needs and exactly as shown in the pictures. The small backyard was beautiful and tranquil & the neighborhood was extremely walkable with lots of small parks close by for our son to play. The owner was extremely personable and helpful, providing us with information of the area. Put this rental on your short list of places to stay while in Houston.

Beautiful Neighborhood

Came to Houston for Christmas to spend time with our son who attends Rice University. Easy walking distance to Rice University. Nice neighborhood. Wonderful cozy backyard. Many windows and light. Well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful Christmas. Thank You!
