We are located in the heart of Wasaga Beach approximately 5-minute walk to the main area #1. Beach area 1 is the downtown of Wasaga Beach where they have shops, restaurants and events. This is 2-bedroom cottage with a sofa bed, it has a full kitchen, stove, fridge and microwave. Free Parking (2) per cottage and Shared Free BBQ usage. We include linens, pillows, utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans. Please bring your own towels, soap, shampoo & bathroom tissue. Pets and Visitors are an extra fee please let us know if you are adding a pets or extra guests. Yes we have wifi

Please note we have a strict FIRM cancellation policy.

This is our smallest cottage but still a good size for a small group of family or friends.

This is a classic style Wasaga Beach cottage court. This is a 2-bedroom with sofa bed can sleep 6 people. Our customers enjoy coming back every year and we hope you will too!

*Please bring your own bathroom tissue, towels, soap and shampoo.

This is undoubtedly one of the best cottages within walking distance of Wasaga Beach. Upon our arrival, the welcome was impeccable, as it was throughout our entire stay. The place is quite peaceful. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away.

The bathroom was small and not too many dishes ( should include a can opener), but clean and close to lots of things.

Rented this cottage for a few days with my daughter and two granddaughters. Upon arrival in the kitchen area there were three dinner plates and two other plates about three mugs. Outside two chairs to sit outside. This location is basically a parking lot with two rows of cottages on it, there is no green space if you want to sit outside you’re sitting on the hot pavement. There was a picnic table. The premises are very small outdated not that clean. We did not stay as this place was not suitable at all for a family who wanted to enjoy a few days together. The so-called five minute walk to the beach was unrealistic. Unless you were 20 years old and extremely fit and you could race walk. Not suitable at all for myself a senior citizen with some limited mobility. We did contact the host upon arrival advising that we wanted to cancel. We have raised the issue as a dispute with vrbo

Je ne savais pas que je devais apporter mon papier de toilette, mes serviettes et débarbouillettes, linges à vaisselle et savon vaisselle, etc. La douche est très petite et la lumière au plafond est brûlée. Et le bol de toilette est face à un mur. Pas beaucoup d'espace pour les pieds. Devons faire nos besoins assis de côté. est face à un mur toilette
