House was great. Clean, however had one room with dirty, stained sheets and hair. Also had two instances where the breaker box needed tending due to no power in all bathroom outlets throughout the house on arrival and no hot water one evening and morning. Will say management took care of issues immediately and rest of stay was wonderful! Plenty of room for larger families. Overall, a great home!

Enjoyed our stay. The pool area was perfect — and felt thankful for the privacy screening - that was huge! The house was very clean, well decorated, and had all made comfortable. Only feedback; supply enough toilet paper! Home only provided one roll which required us to go out and buy some. Also would have appreciated laundry detergent. It’s two simple things that would have gone a long way.

Well I booked this condo because it was close to the theme parks and I had my children and grandchildren. Upon entering it was beautiful, but having grand children ages 2 to 10 it was a nightmare..the units decorated in mostly white including all towels kitchen chairs , and upstairs living room furniture. Then reading the rules sitting on the table it stated we would be charged 20 g25 per stain on towels and furniture.so needles to say I spent my vacation time anxious and also not letting my grandchildren be kids.i would say if your renting for all adults or would be ok but definitely not kid friendly

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space and beds, bathrooms were top notch. Very comfortable for our family. We also weee not too far from attractions and the on-site water park area was great for our group. Loved loved the property. Check in was not expected. Do not like having to send pics of my ID and cards which is why I use VRBO. Would not have booked had I known that was required. I use VRBO all the time in excess of 15 homes to avoid putting data out there. Would recommend changing that policy.

Family Vacation

The property was clean and nice. However, the description was incorrect. The amenities were NOT included w the property. The parking was an issue with the neighbors. It was HOT in the house the entire time we were there and we were not able to turn the AC below 72. The water did not get hot when trying to wash dishes. The price we paid was not worth it. Disappointing to say the least. Overall we had a great trip, visiting Florida. We will not be returning guests to this property or area.

Amazing Vacation!

This house was perfect in every way! Even better than the photos and description! It was beautiful and extremely clean! It had enough dishes, towels, etc for us to enjoy our stay in luxury. We were able to cook any meals we wanted and never lacked for anything. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and there is a half bath in the main area. The pool is completely enclosed with privacy screening, which allowed us to have family fun in the pool without seeing any of the neighbours or being seen by them! The photos in the listing show a see through screen, but it is not! There were lots of pool toys provided that also added to our fun! The air hockey table is in excellent condition and we had lots of fun with that too. We were there during a heat wave, so we spent a lot of time just enjoying the house. It was always cool and comfortable even when it was 110 outside! The washer and dryer allowed me to do all of our laundry so we came home with clean clothes to unpack instead of dirty laundry to deal with. I brought a drying rack to hang our bathing suits and pool towels and left it outside the whole time. When raining, I just moved it under the covered patio. The location is perfect! Very close to the highways to get to Orlando and Tampa. Less than 10 minutes to a great shopping centre with great stores, restaurants and a movie theatre. I HIGHLY recommend this house! We had absolutely no complaints and enjoyed every minute!
