At Palm Wave Stays, every unit comes with a coffee station for ultimate relaxation. Curl up with a book or your fave series & let your caffeine kick in. Coffee lovers, we've got you. Take advantage of the on-site laundry machine for added ease during your stay.

Located on the first floor, accessibility is a breeze, complemented by one designated parking spot with additional guest parking available. Please note, our property does not have a mailbox. Experience the serenity and comfort of our property, where every detail is curated for your utmost relaxation.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

Guests who disturb the peace or cause disruptions to the neighborhood will be immediately evicted, with no refund provided.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
