Enjoy all each season has to offer at this spacious cottage with conveniences of home. Big screen TV, internet, Xbox, AC. Well appointed kitchen with Quartz counters, stainless appliances including dishwasher. 2 kings beds, queen and single bunk beds. Kitchen has counter sitting area, dining table will comfortably seat six. Outdoor dining table seats six. Propane BBQ on large waterside deck. Fish from the dock. Large yard for outdoor games, fire pit. Wade in waterfront sandy bottom leading to rocky area by dock. Boat launch nearby. Walk to town of Bobcaygeon for Tim Horton's, groceries, LCBO, Beer store, craft brewery, local shops including Bigley's, great restaurants, Kawartha Dairy. Watch the boats go by on the Trent Servern waterway. Boat rentals at Buckeye Sports. Fantastic location. enjoy summer concerts in the park on Thursdays in July and August. Karaoke in town on weekends at Kawartha Coffee. Trivia night, open mic and jam nights at Graz Restaurant.
