We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Located on a quiet street just outside of town. The house was clean and well equipped. The kids loved the fire pit where they could roast marshmallows. The host was very responsive to any communication. Would definitely recommend this VRBO if you want to be in this area!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious. There were only 4 of us, but there was plenty of room for more people. It was pretty quiet, except for the occasional train.The host was very responsive. They had a binder with everything we needed to know. Wifi password, checkout instructions and local restaurants that delivered. The massage chair in the master bedroom was great. After long days exploring the area it was greatly appreciated.

The house is nice and big with a lot of room for a family and / or friends to spread out. The host welcomed us with snacks and water bottles which was very nice after a long drive. It's a private retreat at the end of a long gravel road, which can be muddy when it rains. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, tools, cooking utensils, etc. But it was very disorganized (no fault of the host). The home was reasonably clean but some areas were missed, like the floors in the bathroom. More importantly, the bedding was clean.

First, I want to express that the property itself was a fantastic place for spending quality time with friends and family. The amenities and environment truly enhanced our experience.However, I must address a significant concern regarding host’s behaviour during our stay. I found it uncomfortable that you were present on the property for the purpose of conducting a head count. This felt intrusive and made us feel unsafe. Being monitored from early in the morning was particularly distressing, and it detracted from our enjoyment of the space.I believe there are more professional ways to handle such situations. For instance, sending an invoice for any additional guests would have been a more appropriate approach. I had already informed you of the number of people in our party, and the need for an in-person check felt unnecessary and unwarranted.

When you book 2 people and show up with 16. That’s about of a concern. Since the house only holds 10. Plus you have not paid for the extra people

The house was perfect for us. More than enough bedrooms for everyone and great common spaces. The deck was a great hangout spot. Also the property was great for our little ones riding their strider bikes.

Quiet stay

The house is located off a dirt road in a quiet area (asides from the train tracks). It had everything we needed and provided us with a good base to explore and hike Jasper and surrounding area
