On the plus side: great view, convenient location, nice building, good water pressure. On the downside: The apartment smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Pervasive. I told the property manager, so he is aware. There is little that’s designer about the apartment. It no longer resembles the listing photo. Tired furniture (some with obvious breakage), very basic bedding, only three sad towels - one of which is a kitchen towel. An important dryer knob is broken off, so you can only guess at the setting you want, using the pliers provided to turn the knob stem. Note: Keys for the unit are picked up a few blocks away, so be aware of how you will manage luggage when you move in. There are trade-offs with this property, obviously. We, however, would not return.
