Great stay

Great 4 night stay. So much better than a cramped hotel room. Apartment was spacious, clean and had all we needed Insta very handy washer and dryer. So conveniently located to everything. Would recommend.

Internet is the worst I've had in Melbourne

Overall I had an average experience. The internet was shocking and I complained and got nowhere. Speed was consistently below 4mbs with no possible way to upgrade. There is construction next door so couldn't open the windows during the day unfortunately. The price was good but the downsides were too great to enjoy it. The property was new and clean.

Great Stay

Fantastic location, very secure with card access to lift, close to eateries on Southbank, nice walks along river. Close to Flinders Station. Excellent room with everything we needed (apartment).

Australian Grand Prix getaway

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay at Oaks Southbank.Everything is a short stroll away.Excellent amenities,only half an hour free wifi per day,could have included free parking.Would stay here again due to locality.

Hotel was nice and new, nicely appointed room, but i wouldn't stay again. There was no air-conditioning in the bedroom, or a TV in the bedroom. Wifi was good, but at an extra cost. The advertised "free lobby wifi" wouldn't work and the staff no help and not particularly friendly. Lifts were also really slow, especially over busy period, at one point i waited for a lift for 10minutes. Good location, to southbank and restaurants.

MAINTENENCE

THERE SEEMED TO BE A LACK OF MAINTENENCE . BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE , BEDROOM WINDOW WAS BROKEN AND THEREFORE LET THE CITY NOISE IN ALL NIGHT , RESULTING IN VERY LITTLE SLEEP.
