About this property

Pet Friendly Beach House located within a 250m walk to Pippi Beach and an easy stroll into town. Offers views across to Pippi Beach from the large, covered deck perfect for entertaining.

Upstairs the property has a modern kitchen, open plan living, dining area, bathroom and two bedrooms 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom.

Downstairs is the expansive, comfortable family room with 2 singles, and a third bedroom with 1 double bed and a second bathroom.

Side access to the backyard - perfect for a boat or trailer.

External Laundry located in back shed - with additional shower and toilet. 2 night minimum stay available off season.

Linen is NOT provided (you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels) Linen hire is available online at, The Laundry Yamba.

Please note:One Dog permitted outside only. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dogmay cause. When booking, you must put down the number and breed of dog in the special requests section.

Spacious house in great location.

Excellent size house in a location that made it really easy to walk to the beach, or go out for a coffee/drink. Cooking a BBQ on the balcony watching the ocean was pretty special. Probably could do with ceiling fans on the living space and balcony, or AC.
