The penthouse is located high on Yamba hill affording it the unique vantage point for views over Yamba Main Beach, the township of Yamba, the river and the marina.
The Space:
Sunset penthouse is ideally located above two of Yamba's favourite cafes and is walking distance to all five beaches, the township itself, the markets and all of the restaurants and bars.
The property itself was built in 1908 and the owners have been beautifully sympathetic to the era through their recent renovation which has brought a fresh New York vibe to the property with ornate ceilings, a bright white paint palette, dark timber floors and an eclectic mix of modern and vintage furniture. Windows with plantation shutters line three sides of this property allowing an abundance of sunshine and ocean breeze.
The property is generous in proportion and amenity. It's fully air conditioned and provides everything you might need for a self catered holiday including linen, a full entertainer's kitchen, fast and unlimited Wifi and luxury Leif bathroom products.
Sunset Penthouse has four bedrooms. The master has a luxurious king size bed, views of Main Beach, an office space and an ensuite; the second bedroom has a queen size bed, sitting area and ensuite; the third bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk beds and access to the third bathroom; the fourth bedroom has a king size bed, river and town views and a two-way ensuite which is shared with bedroom three.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is about as central as you can get. It's located on the main street and is walking distance to all five of Yamba's major beaches, the cafes, the restaurants, the Pacific Hotel, the Lighthouse and of course everything in town.
Getting Around:
You will be able to walk to everything from here. Should you wish to take your vehicle further afield we have easy off street, under cover parking for two cars.
Other Things to Note:
Strictly no parties, pets, schoolies, smoking, vaping or loud music.
The property is located above two cafes and walking distance from the Pacific Hotel. You may hear happy patrons in the mornings and a few larrikins walking home from the pub.
The penthouse has such amazing views because of it's lofty vantage point. You will need to take three flights of stairs to access the property. The property is all on one expansive level once you are inside.
