Amazing 3 bedroom waterfront residence, ideal for the boating
enthusiast. Simply drop in a fishing line and gaze out to the Clarence
River.

tidal pontoon. Fully enclosed entertainment/ BBQ room with views
out over the pool and canal. Short boat or car trip to the tavern,
restaurants and Clarence river fishing grounds. Large kitchen with

PET FRIENDLY -.Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday
tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage
