Large Family Home on Yamba Hill

Attractive and large family home just a few minutes walk to the
beach. Well presented and very comfortable.

Tawny Roost is a lovely large home of 4 bedrooms. Ideal for the
family with a large back verandah great for the outdoor BBQ.

Modern electric kitchen, fully equipped and two living areas.

The four bedrooms are over two levels and have a bathrooms on
each level.

Easy walk to Convent Beach or downtown to clubs, restaurants and
cafes.

Driveway parking for two cars.

Linen is not provided.

WiFi, Verandahs, laundry, dishwasher, BBQ

Linen is not provided- you will need to bring your own sheets,

An unloved diamond that needs attention

The house is perfectly located between beach, shops and restaurants, and well suited for a large family. However, it is unkept, unloved and filthy (cobwebs, dirty, old crockery/cups, the furniture needs care etc). And the kitchen was under serviced for a holiday rental, with few basics to cover off the essentials. If the owners were willing to spend a little to update things as well as giving it a real clean it would be wonderful. If only.
