The apartment comes with one free onsite parking, and visitors' parking (need to book with building management 3 days before)

* Fully secured building! FOB "aka the swipe card" is used to unlock front entry doors and access the elevator to a specific level in the building.
* Access on foot: There are no stairs to climb. Walk directly from either the front entrance at Nipper street or throw the car park to access apartment .
* Access by Car: drive to the building's driveway gate and access the car park by a hand remote, then use a FOB to access the elevator to the apartment from the basement car park.
