We’re Rose and Wayne, proud locals of Brightsand Lake who love sharing our community and keeping our small town thriving. Our villa is designed to offer guests a nostalgic, retro-inspired stay that feels both unique and welcoming. In the winter, we spend time in Mexico, and throughout the year, we enjoy making memories with our big, wonderful family and grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

We’ve owned this building since 2005 and love the history and the many memories it holds for those who grew up here—if only the walls could talk! Step outside and enjoy a walk through town, take a short drive to the lake, or stop in to visit the friendly local shopkeepers. It’s a welcoming small-town vibe that we’re proud to share.

What makes this property unique

Built in 1946, our villa has been thoughtfully renovated and styled to take you back in time with vibrant colors, vintage furniture, and nostalgic décor. While the space celebrates the charm of the past, it also offers modern comforts like a Smart TV with Roku, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and more. Whether you’re visiting family, exploring the area, or simply looking for a clean, spacious, and private home away from home, our suite offers the perfect blend of retro character and modern convenience.
