Enter through the spacious ground level, featuring an oversized garage, bonus room with two twin beds, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer, making it easy to shake off the day's adventures before heading to the main level.

The open floor plan of the second level flows around a dual-sided stone fireplace. Large windows overlook a deck with stunning views of the sprawling Appalachian rainforest and Lake Glenville. A fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island breakfast bar makes it easy to enjoy company as it is open to the living and dining areas. Tucked away in the back of the main level, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a combo tub and shower.

The top level offers a secluded bedroom with a coffee bar, a jetted tub, and a second balcony deck, everything you need to stay in bed on a sleepy morning.

The shore of Lake Glenville awaits just outside your door for paddle boarding, kayaking, or canoeing. The area is perfect for evening strolls and scenic drives with the glistening lake in the background. Enjoy water sports, including water skiing, kayaking, and canoeing. Quick trip to Glenville Lake

A tired property. Exterior was very dirty, with cobwebs and mildew. Was stung by a hornet; a nest under an eave the size of a softball off the back porch. Interior was fine; although dated.
