Perfect for coming into town for an Oilers game/ students attending NAIT/an event at the Expo Center. Also great for short term stays while looking for permanent housing. Willing to rent out by the room to students. Contact for info
This cute little 900 sq ft home has 2 cozy bedrooms and a fully updated soaker tub & shower. There is a quaint eat-in kitchen island that will seat 5 people. The open kitchen/living area makes the space seem bigger than it is. The large sectional with pull out trundle makes for perfect cuddling and movie watching evenings. The large seating area in front of the house is perfect for watching the beautiful Albertan sunsets in this quiet neighborhood.
Each bedroom is outfitted with a closet system and a desk and chair. Apprentice students will find this space perfect for their short term needs.
