About this property

Stylishly renovated resort-style family holiday home only a short walk from Portsea Village. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to the Portsea Recreation Reserve. Perfect for multi-generational family holidays with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 living spaces including pool house and pavilion, all. new kitchen and breakfast bar, open plan living, plunge pool, expansive entertaining deck, home gym and study. This impeccable beach house is the makings of an unforgettable family holiday.

The space

The house is perfectly zoned with adult and kid retreats. A central open plan living, dining and kitchen bring the family together with large sliding doors opening onto the large entertaining deck and plunge pool.

The master king bedroom with ensuite is located at the front of the house with a study and large living area.

The 3 further bedrooms (king, twin/king, bunk) are at the other end of the house. The Twin bedroom and bunk room open directly into the main deck and direct access to the pool house pavilion.

The pool house pavilion also includes a home gym, smart TV, powder room and outdoor shower.
