About this property

Summary:
This absolute waterfront property is the ideal place to take in the water views of Mosquito Bay. Situated only a 2 minute walk to the local café and down to the beach to explore the rocks pools.

Out the back gate, Garden Bay beach is only a 3 minute walk along the cliff taking in the views on your way.

The newly completed Malua Bay Bowling Club, patrolled beach of Malua Bay with restaurants, local supermarket is only an approx. 3 minute drive.

The Space:
This modern, light and airy 3 bedroom duplex has been thoughtfully decorated with comfort in mind and to make the most of the location.

The open plan living/ dining and kitchen are on their own level taking in the beautiful views with a verandah for those BBQ's outside.

The master bedroom which is located away from the other bedrooms is on the upper floor and features an ensuite with spa & WIR.

The 2 additional bedrooms are located on the lower level with their own bathroom.

The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer and that ever handy extra toilet.

The property also features a Smart TV and NBN Wifi and parking in the double garage.

Bedding Configuration:

Master Bedroom - 1 x King Bed
2nd Bedroom - 1 x Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom - Tri bunk (double & single) and an extra single mattress for that extra guest.

Please Note: Linen is not included with this property, guests will need to supply their own linen and towels or guest can arrange for delivery from Blissful Bedding for their stay.

Guest Access:
Access to the property is via a lockbox at the property, guests will receive the code via email approx. an hour prior to check-in.

Malua Bay is one of the Eurobodalla's most popular places with locals and tourist alike.

Just minutes down the road Malua Bay has shops with local supermarket, cafes & restaurants and a park for the kids and the newly built Malua Bay Bowling Club.

Batemans Bay township is only a 15 minute driveaway.

Xmas stay

A great house for our Xmas week - good size kitchen lounge diner and outdoor dining area - had everything we needed to cook all week. Location above the cove was fab. Pool table was a bonus - I would just alter the listing details to say one room has a double and single bed ( bunk style ) as we ordered single bedding for that room which didn’t fit. Also add it has a bbq. Note the wifi password in the guest info book is incorrect.
