The Space: Apartment 1003 Ballah is situated on Level 10, offering the preferred North-Easterly aspect and with a spacious balcony overlooking the pools and onto the beach. The Ballah Tower has long been recognised as Surfers Paradise’s premier holiday destination with shops, entertainment and dining literally at your doorstep. It can sleep 2 guests with an additional guest slept on the double sofa bed, fees apply for the 3rd guest.
This apartment offers: Free Wi-Fi lounge which opens onto a sunny North-Easterly facing balcony with ocean, resort and city skyline views, separate dining with a 4 piece dining set, master bedroom with a king size bed and walk in robe, fully equipped kitchen for all your dining needs while on your Surfers Paradise holiday, fully equipped separate laundry and bathroom, air conditioning, Flat screen Smart TV under cover secure parking space which is complimentary for the duration of your stay, All linen and towels for the apartment are supplied. As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.
Please Note: We do not supply pool/beach towels. We recommend either packing them from home or purchasing beach towels once you arrive in Surfers Paradise.

The Neighborhood: Known as Australia's `Theme Park Capital¿ the Gold Coast is the perfect place to holiday with the kids. Be exhilarated on stomach-dropping rides at Dreamworld and enjoy the character parade at Movie World. Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.
Getting Around: The resort is located in the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis/Ubers are also close by and readily available.

Perfect location- but this property in need of much TLC
This unit needs TLC! First of all - the entrance door difficult to open fully. Then the locks on the sliders to the balcony extremely corroded and near impossible to slide open. Other internal cosmetic issues. We could live with that BUT with TV viewing that is NOT ACCEPTABLE (TV in some unusual Foxtel mode) this caused problems every time we turned the TV on! We spent many hours trying to get to watch simply news and 1 program on this so called FTA tv! I would not recommend this unit to anyone. The management staff actually came to the u it to try to help with the tv but we ended up
Downloading an app to my phone to get Channel 9 which is our preferred channel.
