Convenient Location:
The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive. Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

I loved staying at Snug Harbour View. The location was perfect. We were very close to Governor’s Beach and Cemetery Beach and all the great restaurants in the seven mile beach area and West Bay. The place we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property in a quiet location, communication with the property management team was fantastic. The condo has everything that you need for a great stay. The pool, whilst small, was never busy and a nice place to relax if you don’t fancy going out to the beach. The property also has beach chairs, beach umbrella and cool box, so that you can take lunch and a couple of beers to the beach. A great extra touch, thank you.We absolutely loved Grand Cayman, the accommodation, friendliness of the people and it’s so clean and safe.A few of recommendations…1) rent a car, it’s a good walk to the beaches, restaurants or busses. The Island has great places, beaches etc to explore. 2) Cemetery beach is good for snorkelling. 3) Spotts beach for snorkelling with Turtles. 4) Visit Rum Point and Starfish Point. 5) Take a tour to Stingray Island (a must do), 6) visit the Crystal Caves and Botanical Gardens. 7) take the Bioluminescent tour with “Cayman Kayaks” from Rum Point. Restaurants, Ragazzi in Buckingham Square was excellent and walkable from the accommodation. Don’t be fooled by the look of the place from the main road side, inside the square it is an elegant Italian and the food and service was fantastic.The Wharf is another great restaurant, with a great view and feeding Tarpon but you’ll need transport to get there. There are many other excellent places to eat and visit, these are just a few that we found and loved.

Very clean, quiet, beautiful condo. It had all the needed amenities - shampoo, shower gel, well-equipped kitchen (although we didn't do any cooking), plenty of towels. We will definitely stay there again!
We had a great time staying at Snug Harbour. The location is excellent, condo was clean, and was perfect for just the two of us. We would stay here again!

Snug Harbour View #1 was in a perfect location for our stay in Grand Cayman. The accommodation was well appointed and clean.
Our property manager was helpful and available if needed (we didn’t).
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Snug Harbour view.

This was the best equipped and cleanest STR we've ever stayed at. They have everything you need to prepare meals. Every question or request was promptly handled. The location was convenient to everything on 7 Mile Beach, but I would recommend to get a rental for the best experience. The canal side view on the back patio was great. Will definitely book in the future.
I had a great stay at the Condo. A former resident of Cayman, this is a great location minutes to Camana Bay in a desirable quiet residential neighborhood. Taco Cantina , Ragazzi, Luca and other great eats are close by; diving from Yatch Club 6 minutes away , Grocery and Liquor store in Camana bay along with fun of Camana Bay 5 minutes away. The condo was bright and maintained and super comfortable. Great view of the canal with a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the evenings. Turbo A/C was fabulous. Property manager and onsite helpers came to check on me throughout my stay. I am booking another stay shortly.

Beautiful,quiet location on a canal not far from the airport. You do need a car to get around. Unit was spotless, bed was comfortable, air con kept unit cool, kitchen was well appointed for cooking your own meals. It was nice to eat breakfast on the patio outside the kitchen to watch the activity on the canal.
Hot water is a little inconsistent as it uses a small tankless unit to heat water. We cured that by turning hot water off before soaping down and then turning back on to rinse off. No problems after that.
We would stay in this unit again and recommend it for a couple.

Lovely location in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. On the harbour with quaint outside deck to dine Al fresco. Our unit was a corner with no one above us. Pretty easy walk to the beach, probably 1/2 mile. Kitchen had everything we desired to cook quite a few meals. Appliances worked great. Comfy living area. Newer stacked washer and dryer. The bed was smaller than we are used to, but it was fine. The shower had an instahot which did cause some too hot / too cold issues when showering. The furnishings were nice. I’ll be sure to stay here again. The Price is very reasonable compared to other properties on 7 Mile Beach, and we didn’t want to spend all of our kids’ inheritance on just one trip.

It Didn't Work out for me...
Unfortunately, this condo was nothing like the pictures on VRBO, which were clearly staged and edited. The condo was filthy and outdated, with stained carpet, dirty tiles, rusty doors and moldy grout. The beach was a nightmare to reach. I had to walk for half an hour across two dangerous roads, only to find a crowded and seaweed-covered shore. It was not worth the hassle.
The condo rental company was unethical. They bombarded me with emails to buy their overpriced and commission-based tours, but they ignored my complaints and requests. They even tried to sell me an expensive cab ride from the airport. Later, I discovered that they were renting the same condos to locals for much less money. They are taking advantage of tourists like me.
The owner of the condo was rude and unprofessional. He emailed me after I expressed my dissatisfaction, but instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he blamed me for everything. He asked me to prove when I contacted the property manager, and then he accused me of lying and exaggerating. He was disrespectful and arrogant.
The only good things about this condo were the A/C, the fridge and the dishwasher, which were new and functional. The neighborhood seemed safe and friendly, but the neighbors next door were nosy and intrusive. They stared at me through the windows after I asked them to lower their noise.
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST renting this condo for anyone who wants a pleasant and relaxing vacation. It was not a good experience!

As a VRBO Premier Host for years, with 60+ listings, over 230 reviews and a 4.9 star average, this is the first guest we have sadly had to choose to not rent to again.
Our guest rated the condo cleanliness a 5 star, then stated it was filthy, and brought a complaint that the floor tiles needed cleaning the day prior to departure.
The VRBO ad listing clearly states that there is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, Camana Bay and shopping. The listing also notes: A car is recommended but not required.
Our on island property manager sent the guest her standard welcome email which includes an FAQ "things to do while in Cayman", as we are often asked that question. The guest then asked for cab suggestions, which our property manager provided.
Sadly he turned around the information provided to him and started accusing our property manager of bombarding him with ads for companies that she would make a commission on.
The guest continued to verbally attack the PM, challenging her on what rates are charged to residents, and kept on about rental rates with her, until she finally had to tell him the topic was irrelevant to his stay.
His tirade continued, when another renter, a single mother with a 6 year old mentally challenged child, had an anxiety attack which caused the child to cry and unfortunately briefly interrupted the guest.
The guest then accused our property manager of renting to the homeless, we assume because the guest with the child was a Caymanian.
Virtually all of past guests visiting and staying in our properties over the past 30 years, have had a great time and appreciate our value added services. Our goal is to assist our guests, so that they have the best vacation possible. We regret that we failed to meet his expectation, however also believe that most of his issues were self generated.
