This floor also contains a full-sized family bathroom and a patio retreat.
The mid-level contains the relaxed and newly furnished open plan living and dining area, with fully renovated kitchen and new appliances, an outdoor balcony for afternoon drinks and evening dinners. This level also contains the second bedroom with 2 king single beds and access to the first-floor courtyard.
The ground floor contains an air-conditioned double bedroom with a queen bed and built-in robes, a second bathroom with laundry facilities and direct access to the secure undercover car park.
