I had a very disappointing experience with the management company ("Housy") running this property. At 250 a night, you expect a baseline level of customer service and honesty, but that is not what we received.When we requested fresh towels, the host messaged us in the evening promising they would drop them off "tomorrow." However, the next morning, they completely changed their story, telling us that no towels were available and lecturing us that "since we are not a hotel," we needed to follow a strict two-day advanced notice route for laundry.Going back on a direct promise to a guest and refusing to provide a single clean towel is unacceptable hospitality. Avoid this property if you expect reliable communication or basic amenities.
