Welcome to Kinn - Calm + Minimal Guest House

Welcome to Kinn - a two-story guest house is located in a calm oceanside community in East Vancouver. This space offers a seamless experience through lived-in sensibility as well as elevated details and amenities, ensuring guests feel included, welcomed, and considered.

This guest house reflects a soft minimal material palette throughout, expressed through intentional locally curated furniture, artwork, objects, and finishes.

The main level contains a kitchen, living area + dining space, a bedroom with a single bed, and a full bathroom. The upper level contains a queen bed, and workspace just off the sleeping area, a powder room, and a patio overlooking the north shore mountains. Both bedrooms feature a wonderfully comfortable memory foam mattress, pillows and soft white linens.

Very modern and bright property in a quiet neighbourhood. We found it worth travelling to and from downtown, though that can be quite a journey. Very clean and it was nice to see that there were toiletries to use. Would recommend for small groups who need somewhere to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Would come back again.
