Nestled in the heart of Sunshine Beach, this fully renovated and newly furnished 4 bedroom modern beachfront home offers a slice of paradise for those seeking sun, surf, and relaxation. With breathtaking surf views, a private pool, and easy access to the vibrant village atmosphere of Sunshine Beach, your vacation here promises unforgettable moments and cherished memories.
The space
Sorry we are not suitable for all adult groups. Quiet residential location! As the property is newly renovated and furnished we no longer take pets.
***Please make sure to not be in the pool after 9 p.m. as a courtesy to the neighbours***

Fabulous spacious 2 level Modern beach home located in a picturesque suburb of Noosa, Sunshine Beach. This newly renovated home has all the amenities you need for a fantastic Noosa holiday experience.
You will also find a gourmet kitchen with all mod cons and a dining and living space which flows onto an undercover deck and pool area. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, stone benchtops, and a large island bench with bar seating.
The dining area is just off the kitchen and enjoys views of the blue pool and private lush tropical garden. To the rear of the home there is an alfresco dining area with bbq overlooking the surf and ocean
This 2 level home you will find the 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry. The master suite is located on the main living area upstairs with ensuite and walk in robe. The master also has a spacious ensuite with a waterfall shower and his/her sinks. The 2nd bedroom is also upstairs and is 2 king single beds which can be converted to a super king on request. There is a main bathroom upstairs that services the living area and bedroom 2. Downstairs 3rd & 4th bedroom 1 king bedroom and a queen bedroom which also has a bathroom on this level. Air conditioning and fans through out. Should you have to wash clothes on holidays there is a large laundry with washer / dryer facilities.
All linen and towels including beach towels (pls bring your own make up accessories)

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used.
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond
- Booking tax notice: Starting august 16 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
