A lovely house close to family that we were visiting.
Shops close by and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.
Any small issues were attended to straight away by our host.
Lovely, clean accommodation with super comfortable beds.
A great holiday and we hope to return again.
As with other guests, the grass was not cut during our stay, but this did not impact on our enjoyment of the holiday.

Great location, new neighbourhood however some surrounding properties are still being built. House was big enough and clean. Lawn at the front and the back needed a trim.

The lawn/garden hadn’t been looked after and there was some minor damage inside. But aside from that we were very happy with our stay. The house was clean we had access to the garage there was a very nice park for the kids nearby and not to far from our major destination which was Gumbuya World.
Unfortunately we were not able to get in the property to start with and property manager could not understand that we could not get in and hung up on us. Finally after another call she could see that the cleaner had dead bolted it. Outside looked very noneee weeds long grass and unkempt. Inside no towel rail in one bathroom. The other was held to the wall with duck tape. No tea towel at all. No spare towels or sheets even though we had nine nights stay. No mirrors in any bedroom. We all felt this house for the money paid should have been far better presented.
