We loved the neighbourhood and the convenient location. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and well stocked and our host was really attentive from the time of booking.
Bill, your condo was fabulous! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Well-stocked with everything one needs. Really appreciated the beach stuff - the little wagon, umbrella and chairs. The pool and the patio was the best! It was a really relaxing holiday and your condo made it 100% better!My friend and I plan on returning next year at the same time!
Perfect location to get to know St.John’s. House is well equipped! Pubs are easy walking. Host is very available. First time here and love this island!!!!
Rob's VRBO is stunningly appointed, extremely well stocked with everything you need. It is very clean, has comfortable beds and is nicely situated within walking distance to the downtown core. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the private deck in the afternoon while waiting for our laundry to finish. Parking is right outside the door, because Rob has thoughtfully provided a parking pass. I highky recommend this vrbo
The property is great. We did have a challenge with entry as we were given the wrong entry code. We contacted the property manager who was very responsive. Property was well stocked with supplies

We had an excellent week-long stay in St. John's, Newfoundland. The property was perfect, and Rob was fantastic to deal with—responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!
Property 5/5! Pond/lake clean and banks well tended/mowed. Plenty of toys: floats/kayaks/golf cart/hot tub/diving board/docks all in good shape. However the interior of cabin was not as expected. The space would work well for a family with many children, not adults. Unfortunately 1 of the 3 window AC units was not operating making the living room, kitchen, and bathroom hot especially when cooking. Fortunately we had multiple fans to move air. Grill worked well but had no tongs/spatula to work great. I didn't pay attention, so fair warning grocery and restaurants are far away 30min drive. (Santa Claus/ holiday world is not a large town with many options).
This was my first time staying in a VRBO and Rob set the standard very high. It was clean, provided the comforts of home, and every detail was thought out. The house was well stocked with staples and communication with the host was timely and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to downtown George Street and Water Street. Would definitley recommend this place!
We stayed 3 nights and loved it! We ate in one night, enjoying the backyard living but otherwise enjoyed the local restaurants and pubs. A short drive to Signal, Quidi Vidi and Spearhead. The place was clean, and equipped with everything you need! We will be back!
Beautiful, comfortable space close enough to walk downtown and within walking and driving distance of so many beautiful sites in Newfoundland and St. John’s area. We had all the amenities of home and our family of five had all the comforts we needed. Easy to access and good parking available. Rob was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again for sure!
We loved our stay there. Parking was easy with the supplied permit. The beds were very comfortable. The house was supplied with everything you could need to cook or enjoy. The pictures are very accurate and I would highly recommend this property.

Why they chose this property
A spacious and bright living and dining area with 10ft ceilings and hardwood flooring. Its open concept incorporates a very functional kitchen including a center island with a dishwasher and concrete countertops. Past the kitchen you will find the main floor bathroom, laundry, and mudroom which leads out to a fenced yard with a seasonal barbeque and patio sectional.
Upstairs features a main bathroom and three bedrooms with a spacious 15X12 master bedroom with an ensuite, king sized bed, walk-in closet, and a scenic view of signal hill. The second bedroom is a nice and cozy room with a double/full bed and brand new Endy mattress. The third bedroom is nice and cozy room with a queen bed.
