This elegant modern located in the heart of Elkhorn upstairs 2 level 2 plus loft 2 bath condo will sleep up to 7 guests. With high ceilings for great light, the living area has a sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, 55-inch flat-screen TV with streaming/cable, and access to a deck with Mt views. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and 2 bar stools at the countertop. The dining table seats 8. Down the hall is a stack washer/dryer in the closet and access to two bedrooms. The master has a new king bed and its own full-size bath with 2 sink vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a new Queen bed and access to the full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
Upstairs is the loft area with a new full bed in a separate room and an open sitting area with a desk. This condo has all new modern touches with hardwood floors throughout.

NO PETS ALLOWED

Complex Features: Fairway Nine Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to the complex hot tub, pool, and sauna is included. One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis ( even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed before your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of Nov to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through Sept. Tennis and Golf are open May through Oct. (weather permitting). The area offers a free shuttle that picks you up just across the street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.

Excellent condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the condo. it's location was great and our ability to go to a spa after skiing that was very close by was perfect! Just a few upgrade tips: hooks behind doors especially the bathroom for wet towels and a couple of power strips for phones, ski boots charging, computers and a better coat rack at the front door. Overall a great condo!!

Great Stay even w/o Snow

Very clean and cozy. Furnace is old and was not working for first 24 hrs. But space heaters were brought and fireplace. I was fixed the next day. Overall stay was great!

Great Location and Unit BUT low-quality Furniture

Overall, it was a nice stay (I mean its sun valley, right?) EXCEPT for the furniture. The clientele who rents in Sun Valley is not the same as a college town. The quality level of the beds, seating and almost all of the furniture was below average and almost meant for show and not to be used. Uncomfortable, dirty, hard and LOW quality. BOTH beds were on wheels and moved with the touch of your hand around the room and the headboards were not even attached causing them to fall onto the bed (and us a few times) and pushing them away from the wall. Also, the comfort level was more like staging furniture that was NOT meant to be slept on. The couch was hard and dirty, the dining room chairs were wicker and unstable, and the list goes on. Overall, the unit worked for us, but the level of quality was below what we would have expected for price and location. we won't be back unless they email us and tell us they upgraded the furniture.
