Beach Bungalow - Cozy Studio with the Beach across the Street

Just 50 metres or 2 minute walk to beach on a quiet road. Suitable for single, couples or small family. There is a queen size bed and a pull out couch that turns into a double bed. local dairy/fish & chip shop is flat 5 minute walk. Fabulous surfing and fishing. A short 30 minute drive to Rotorua, 15 minutes to Papamoa and 20 minutes to The Mount and Tauranga easy 30 Whakatane and Ohope! Or hit the slopes in Taupo and come to walk the beach. Central but well out of the way. Paradise Found!

Dissapointed

Lots of hick ups , cold water just old empty spare gas bottle outside,. broken blinds, confusion about the key at arrivel and waiting 2 hours outside. Not very clean Wont go back there

Was a great place

Enjoyed my stay at this place was real lovely and cozy wish the weather wasn’t so bad so we could have went to the beach but other than that enjoyed my time there would recommend it to anyone.

You get what you paid for

The batch is located opposite side of mail box (online photos were helpful) I personally think having storage for food helps. No bench space to cook. The side door being covered with a board definitely was a sight. Cob webs along ceiling, the ants, stains on couch pillow, pull out couch bed could be aired out didn't use it in the end. The stain in the toilet looked abit suspicious. Good for one night accommodation if passing through.
