Clean and well equiped Tiny home in a remote paddock next to the beach. Just perfect for our surf trip easter break.

Excellent Location!
Pukehina Beach is a great location for exploring the area around Rotorua. The Coastal Tiny House was remote enough that it was very peaceful and quiet, but within an easy distance to places we wanted to be! It was comfortable for two people and had the ammenities we needed. Unfortunately the house was a bit unclean, and we thought there might have been a mouse running around. The bedrooms upstairs could also really benefit from some blinds or curtains, as you definitely couldn't sleep in even if you wanted to during the summer months when it gets light early. Overall though, it was a great spot for a quiet holiday!

Why they chose this property

Note : up stairs bedroom spaces are small.. tall people will not be able to stand fully upright! short people you are all good !
Fishing, surf casting, beach walks, kayaking, you can even bring your horse! please contact me first though to check what is happening on the farm at that point in time. **No dogs sorry.. farm rules.
Keen fisherperson? throw a line in right here, or your contiki. Boating? -there is a boat ramp not far away at Thornton beach, - 15-20 mins, Whakatane bar crossing 30 mins drive, the Kaituna cut boat ramp 15 mins drive away or the Pukehina bar crossing only 10 mins drive away.
What makes this property unique
It's something different, away from the hustle and bustle, you could wake to cows chewing grass in the morning and parking is no problems !
