Ground floor Has a double bedroom and it's own bathroom facilities. The carpeted garage gives guests extra space to spread out along with laundry facilities.
First Floor This is the open planned kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors that open to a deck that is totally sun drenched.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the creature comforts of home including a dishwasher and microwave, and a smart TV - there's also ultra fast broadband too.
Top Floor You'll find two double bedrooms on this level along with the 2nd bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space to unpack.
Guests will have easy access to Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Te Puke, Whakatane and Rotorua given it's close proximity to the Tauranga Eastern Link.
Shopping, cafes, pubs and supermarkets are conveniently located a short five minute drive away.

Special conditions: Kohu Quarter is a gated residence. Security gates are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily. Outside of these hours residents need to use access codes or tags to enter.

One dedicated car park right outside the garage which will fit a small / medium sized car comfortably. There is onsite visitor car parking and roadside parking also.

Had an extended job in the area so we stayed in the property. It had everything we needed, responsive host, no complaints. Would stay again if I had to be in the area.
Ideally located near to Gordon Spratt Reserve and handy to the State Highway 2 expressway for quick and easy access to Mt Maunganui/Tauranga. Place is in good condition, clean and tidy

Was a perfect fit. Both for location and for what we needed.
Location was fabulous. It was just around the corner from where my grandson worked and not much further from where he stayed with a local church family. He has been in NZ for seven weeks for an internship with a NZ church. Very clean and owner answered all my questions prior to my leaving. I might add, she was the only one to answer back before I booked her place. The other four just wanted me to pay and I needed to know how close we would be to my grandson.
With us being from another country, we had no idea they location. Liked having washer and dryer and dish washer and the two bathrooms.

A difficult place for older people
The lock box situation is a joke! The box is right on the ground and the numbers are small Hard for older people to get down to and hard to read. The TV only works if you cast stuff from your IPhone - good luck with that! The stairs (two flights) are dangerously steep and narrow. The website should say these units are not suitable for older people or for families with young children. Worst of all I found cockroach dirt on the walls behind the curtains

Loads of space for everyone, super clean and has all the facilities you need for a short or long stay. As the listing says it is in a light industrial area that’s a mix of business units and apartments which is really the only slight downside. This apartment does have a balcony overlooking some of the wetlands with pukekos wondering about and a walkway to the park, which overcomes that a bit. In all it was exactly as advertised and only a short drive to the beach and Papamoa Plaza.

The property looked as though it was very new/newly renovated and had a nice balcony out the back.

The apartment was well equipped with everything you could hope for (pots, pans, plates, cups etc. for over 10 people and all appliances) and it was an added bonus to have the washing machine and dryer. We loved that there was a car park right outside the apartment. It was also only a short drive to the beach and supermarkets etc.

Why they chose this property
This is our little holiday home and we love spending time down here, so want our guests to experience the serenity and beauty the Bay has to offer. Morning or evening walks along the beach all year round, or perhaps taking the kids to across to Gordon Sprat Reserve to kick a ball around or burn off some energy at the skatepark or playground. Swimming at Papamoa Beach during summer is fantastic, it's our preference as it's less busy and you can find a park without the hustle and bustle of the Mount. You can even surf cast off the beach or do a spot of pipi digging! If you're all beached out, you can always head down to Fashion Island or Papamoa Plaza and you'll find some cool cafes or the infamous Papamoa Tavern - the perfect spot to unwind with a cold beverage of choice. If that's not enough Bayfair is only 10 minutes away.
