Modern and clean self contained 2 bedroom apartment under owners home. Cross Papamoa Beach Road and reserve and walk 1 min to fabulous white sandy surf beach of Papamoa Beach. 5 minutes walk from Papamoa Surf Club. The apartment is approximately 10 minutes walk to Fashion Island, local cafes, an 8 minute drive to Bayfair shopping centre, 15 min drive to Tauranga airport and Mt Maunganui. Beautiful views to Mayor and Motiti Islands. Great place to relax, enjoy the beach, surf, fish, base yourself for any events in the Tauranga/Mount/BOP area. Off street parking for one vehicle. Suitable for mature adults and families. No parties.

Maximum 4 people. Non smokers only. A surcharge of $10 per person may apply for public holiday weekends

Great Location

Papamoa beach is one of best beaches I’ve ever visited, and this unit is right across the street. Lovely apartment and super value. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic apartment!

We (two adults and two children) enjoyed a fabulous week here. The location is perfect and the apartment had everything we needed - definitely recommend. We’ve already booked in for 10 more nights next year!

Malibu Magnificent

Had a lovely stay at this modern property. The host was very welcoming, friendly and very responsive. Very clean. Across the street from Papamoa beach and central to other day attractions. Thank you for making our vacation a truly wonderful experience : ) would definitely consider staying again.

Great location

Popamao is a very nice community and this particular area is a great community. It is well designed for pedestrians and a nice place for walking. The street and neighborhood are very quiet. The yard of the apartment faces Papamoa Beach Road which is quite busy during the day but when we were inside the apartment the sound never bothered us. The host is quick to respond but unobtrusive, in fact we never saw her, even though she lives upstairs. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away, and almost deserted. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it.

Amazing Malibu

This place is a piece of paradise. The apartment was well situated to the beach/shops etc. The cleanliness was spotless and everything that you needed was supplied. Good quality furnishings and appliances. Grounds were lovely and made you feel like you wee in paradise. Thanks Diana

Accommodation

We never expected a two big room mostly motels and some places we stayed before are far different from this place . Super spacious very close to the beach . My daughter damage one of the dvd cover the owner didn’t mind which is very kind and friendly . Overall it a must stayed place when travelling to Tauranga .me and husband love the shower . Also a cool bbq oven is outside anyone is welcome to use😊thank u for having us will definitely come back !!!

Good value property

Great location, beautiful wall to the beach. Conveniently placed for Manganui. A clean, functional property, good washing machine facilities ( essential for those on a road trip). Separate toilet/ bathroom is very useful. The road is busy at peak times but this didn’t bother us a removed enough away from road. Front garden secure and safe. Would have benefited from a little more crockery and cutlery so as to spend less time doing dishes or running a dish washer on almost empty.
