What a lovely house and was immaculate. Very comfortable beds for all and great living spaces. Wonderful cafe over the road before the beach for great coffee and food. Kylie was amazing with her communication and even left us a bottle of bubbles since I was celebrating a birthday with friends. A really nice personal touch. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Perfect Getaway

This beautiful batch was perfect for our stay. We were a group of six including two children and a dog. The host was amazing, clear communication and expectations. Beach access and the best coffee spot just across the road x

This was the perfect place for our 4 nights in Mount Maunganui. The location was fabulous with the beach across the road, a few minutes drive from the leisure centre and mall and a short drive into town. The house was very clean, with all amenities we could have asked for! Kylie was really easy to deal with from booking. I would highly recommend and will be back for a visit in the summer!

The attention to detail shines through with this property, very house proud. Detailed instructions and information are provided, which is great. Being able to have our dog with us was a really big bonus. I feel that the houseowner may have been "burned before" in the sense that they have had not so good tennants and this has cost them with damage.Not everyone is like this though and I did think it was a bit out of the ordinary that I had to check if I could have a couple of friends over for afternoon tea, as you were only allowed who was part of your group at the residence. This can cause issues when you are holidaying and want to have people around for lunch or just to catch up.

Karen is an excellent host, prompt with replies and with providing information on the house and surrounding areas for things to do. Karen has a wonderful personality. The house was immaculate with everything one would need, the main bedroom bed was very comfortable, bathrooms etc were clean and well stocked. Nice to have a washing machine and dryer too, and an enclosed garage attached to the house and security system. Internet was excellent, with Netflix etc on the upstairs TV. Location is excellent...close to the beach, shops, restaurants. A very comfortble home. We would highly recommend this home for a vacation. 5-stars!

Just brilliant!

What a fantastic property - modern, sunny, beautifully comfortable indoor spaces...love the separate - level lounges....and a perfectly-sized garden area which is fenced and so perfect for pooch. This property is clearly very well maintained and was spotlessly clean Karen is brilliant in terms of all the comms :) We look forward to staying again!

Excellent house

A beautiful holiday accommodation. It had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. We appreciated the space and lovely well-maintained garden. Our host was friendly and helpful. It was located very close to the beach, fish and chips, corner store and cafe.

Pet friendly & great location

This property is located within a short stroll to the beach. They also allowed our family dog, which we made sure to keep groomed so as not to leave fur - this will hopefully place other fur-baby owners in the future to stay at this property.

Fantastic Bach for family

We spent 2 nights at this property and we loved it. Check in process was easy and property is exactly as seen in pictures and very clean. High quality toiletries and cleaning products were provided. Karen is a lovely host and highly recommend this place. Wish I stayed a little longer.

Short but sweet!

Nicely furnished and well maintained properties that allows pets are rare. This property exceeded expectations. Dealing with the property manager was a pleasant and helpful. Will be back!

Amazing place

Wonderful house and location for our family holiday. Close to the beach, and shopping so we ticked off many boxes for the different family members. Having a separate downstairs lounge was great for the adult children.

A Home From Home

A truly wonderful experience and holiday home to share with the family and Ted(Shih tzu/poodle). The 2 lounges make it an easy option for giving the teens their own space. Our home from home experience made it easy and relaxing with that added extra luxury. A dogs haven with an enclosed secure garden of which was beautifully planted and maintained. A short walk to Bayfair and TimeZone and a 10 minute drive to downtown Mount gives you a convenient distance away from the hustle and bustle, just perfect! We can’t wait to return for our next trip.

Immaculate, spacious house, close to ocean

Fantastic communication from the s property manager was a great start to our stay. The house is immaculate and thoughtfully provisioned with the little extras like laundry powder. Great indoor outdoor flow and so handy to the beach! Excellent location with a dairy and restaurant just over the road too. Fully fenced section meant we had no worries letting the kids play downstairs as we were relaxing on the deck upstairs in the sun. Would definitely recommend!
