Welcome to our freshly modernised, sun-soaked family retreat in a quiet cul-de-sac—just minutes from the beach and packed with everything you need for a relaxed and fun stay!
Enjoy open-plan living that flows effortlessly onto a north-facing deck and private courtyard, complete with a BBQ—perfect for summer evenings. The fully fenced yard makes it safe for kids to play while you unwind.
We're a short stroll from Bayfair Shopping Centre, great restaurants and cafés, Baywave Swimming Complex, Arataki Sports Fields, pump track, playgrounds, and skatepark. The beach is only 2 minutes away by car, and you’re just 5 minutes drive from Baypark and a short drive to Mount Maunganui's Main Street and stunning Pilot Bay.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed + ensuite
Bedroom 2: One single bunk bed (sleeps two)
Bedroom 3: One triple bunk bed (double plus single)
TV Room: Fold-out couch (king size or two singles)
Study: One single bunk bed (sleeps two)
Need more space? For larger groups, we offer extra bedding options, (mattresses for floor) and two double beds in our on-site retro caravan (available at an additional cost).
