Modern Mount Home with sunny views - Luxury summer beach getaway

A beautiful new modern home, with sunny open plan living and private outdoor area situated in a lovely quiet new subdivision on the verge of Mount Maunganui and Papamoa districts.

The beach is only a 2min drive or 15min walk away, with a cafe and selection of shops at the end of our street, Bayfair and Papamoa Plaza 5mins away, and the mount only 15mins down the road, it's the perfect location for your summer getaway!

Our home is a super clean, minimal, contemporary designed brand new home, with open plan living, high ceilings and an indoor-outdoor flow.

With a beautiful toddler room set up, a high chair, Little Helper Tower, Shell Pool, Toys & books available, and a trampoline, our home is welcome to a baby/toddler. Alternatively the toddler room could be set up with a blow-up bed to host an extra guest.

Enjoy our private backyard overlooking scenic farmland views and a glimpse of the mount, while enjoying a BBQ on a hot summers day. And feel free to jump the fence and have a stroll in the farmland paddocks behind us!

We have a lovely wee cat called Puddles.. She is very tolerant of little kids and likes to be held like a baby, and she'll settle in for cuddles at night time on the couch :)

Lovely home

Beautiful place to stay. Host where amazing. The kids had a blast and the park around the corner was great to allow the kids to burn some energy before bed. 10 minutes walk to the beach and store. Highly recommend if you have small ones.
