Perfect place for family get together.

We had a great time staying at this property for our family get together. Plenty of room for 18 people and well set up with everything we needed. Warm during winter with fireplace (wood provided) and heaters. Beach 1 minute walk away. Handy to both Mount Maunganui and Rotorua activities.

Great option for large groups

The house was perfect for a large group. Handy to the beach, shop available if needed and enough bedrooms and facilities to suit. About 40 minutes to the Mount. Kitchen was easy to work in but it would have been nice to have larger pots to cook in for the numbers we had (19). Thanks

Great for a crowd

Had family and friends stay - great for a crowd. It was nice John met us on arrival. Great views over the estuary, especially from upstairs (along with peeks of the ocean). Very close to the boat ramp Clean and tidy. Long garage - might fit two vehicles Don't rely on there being any foody bits and pieces - bring everything - including salt and pepper/cooking oil/paper towels(which I did anyway). Coffee plunger available - so if you want to brew any other way - bring it :-) Overall, a great place to stay

Beautiful home

This beautiful home suited the needs of our big family. Everything was supplied we didn't even need to bring anything extra besides food. Close to beach and estuary what more can you ask for. Highly recommend this place, also because you don't really find many houses that sleep large groups. Lovely hosts, communication was great and some of us got to meet the owner who was very friendly and took the time to have a chat which was very much appreciated. Thank you John and Lorraine. We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook for a large group, which made meal times really easy. The living and dining areas were spacious, giving both adults and kids plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves.The bathrooms and showers were spotless and well-kept, and all the bedrooms were tidy and comfortable — everyone slept really well.The property was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. It’s an ideal place for large gatherings like family reunions or sporting teams. We’d definitely stay here again!

Birthday celebration

What wonderful place to celebrate my Mum's milestone turning 90 in Pukehina. A perfect home to gather with friends and family with great kitchen and spaces to share meals and laughs. Basic rooms but everything that is required is there.Tip - Do bring you own tea and coffee and everything, there are no provisions.

Wonderful stay

We had a large family and the house was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needed, everyone was happy with all of the facilities and everyone had a really great stay. Beach access so close was absolutely amazing.

Family trip

We stayed at this property with a large family group over the weekend. The whole family loved the bach. The was spacious with 2 large living areas with a tv each. The kitchen was equipped with 2 large fridge/ freezers, a lot of storage and large stove and oven ideal for cooking for large groups. The location was magical as we had both the beachand estuary only steps away. Also a play group for the kids at the estuary. The view from the house only looks on to the estuary and not the beach. The hosts were helpful,with detailed communication prioir to our stay and organized a smooth check in and out and gave us complete privacy. We highly recommend this property and host to all..

Great place for big groups

With multiple living areas and bedroom areas, it didn't feel crowded with 3 families. It was clean and well appointed Thanks for the extras like the jigsaw puzzle!

Great house for a big group

Wonderful week in Pukehina. House is great for a big group. New decked area was a nice addition. John was very helpful and the wood for beach bonfires was much appreciated.

Beach Holiday

I would recommend this holiday homeany large group, family etc. The property is very spacious, clean & has all modern conveniences anyone needs. Safe swimming in the close by Estuary which is great for younger children and adults. The walkway next to the property leads down to the beach. Great for walks and swimming etc. Just a super Place to stay.

Beautiful as always

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We really enjoyed the improvements they have made to this property including the great outdoor covered area which was great to sit out and enjoy our meals together. Thank you John for the great property.

Big enough for the entire tribe

Accomodates a large family unit. Beach and estuary are easy access. Big enough house for seperate spaces. Lots of board games. Nice home and easy to clean. Very good stay.

Great property for large group

Great size for our group of 12. Never felt like we were in each others way and had our own space. Two big fridges was awesome. Easy access to the beach. John was easy to deal with. Would stay here again!
