Here you will enjoy a sunny beachfront home with wide views over the beach from inside or out.

This is a comfortable and sunny three bedroom Lockwood-style home. Its spacious deck offers a fabulous vantage point from where you can sit back and relax while watching all the activities on the beach. When the kids need a break from sun, sand and surf, there is plenty of flat ground to play on up by the house. Indoors, the large open plan living room also offers plenty of room.

The kitchen has a bread maker, coffee machine and coffee grinder.

The front deck has a built-in shade area.

A double kayak and boogie boards are available for use. A key for access to the local tennis courts is available between Labour and Easter Weekend, bring your own tennis racquets and balls.

Heat pump and electric heaters available. Electric blankets on the 2 queen beds, additional woollen blankets available.

Hot outdoor shower is available. A hot bath outside is also available.

The house is close to a park for the children and equal distance from the 2 local shops.

Pukehina Beach offers great weather, with opportunities for swimming, surfing, fishing and you can walk for miles. You will love it.

Pukehina Beach is situated on the east coast of the North Island in the sunny Bay of Plenty. Pukehina Beach is an ideal spot to base yourself if you wish to explore the surrounding areas of Tauranga, Rotorua and Whakatane. It is situated an easy 30-40 minute drive from Tauranga, Rotorua and Whakatane. It is under 15 minutes from Te Puke golf course.

Pukehina is a small beach side community, and it is very quiet! Come here for rest, relaxation and time out from your normal busy hectic lifestyle.


Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is at 10am. (Late checkout rates can apply).
A cleaning fee of $120.00 is required.
