Palm Springs Retreat

Family friendly in Papamoa Beach!

4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom (separate toilet with basin) house with spacious open plan living, separate formal lounge, and large sunny fully fenced backyard with a trampoline, play house, Weber BBQ and spa pool!

3 TV's including Netflix and Lightbox (sign in with your own account)

Can faciliate two familes (4 adults, 3 children, 1 toddler/baby) or up to 6 adults (max).

Please note: this is our family home. Please treat and respect it as such. $400 bond required. The cantilever umbrellas are NOT available for use. There is an umbrella over the outdoor table which can be used.

This newly built house is located a 2 minute drive or 15 min walk to the beach. If the weather is wet there is plenty of space inside and both living areas have a TV for entertainment.

North facing house, with all living areas opening onto the deck with stacker ranchsliders.

Large kitchen with gas hob and walk in scullery (enough room for two cooks!).

Air conditioning in living areas, and separate ducted air conditioning to all bedrooms for comfort all year round.

The master bedroom opens onto the deck and has an ensuite. The main bathroom has an extra deep bath (big enough for two adults) and shower.

The house borders onto a large open space (just over the fence) which allows for a game of cricket, or kicking a ball around.

One of the single beds is a very comfy trundler which can be set up either in bedroom 4 or master bedroom.

Full access to house except locked cupboards. Use of laundry facilities in the garage but garage is not available for parking/use.

Scullery in kitchen - feel free to help yourself to the basics but replace what you use (or leave cash for replacement).

New high-value subdivision of Palm Springs. Awesome neighbours! 5 minute/easy walk to two playgrounds for the kids. 10minute walk to FourSquare for essentials and awesome 'Henry & Ted's' cafe (and pharmacy). The house is located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Deon and Pia's beautiful home. This place had everything we needed and was very welcoming and homely with aircon everywhere! Awesome relaxing spa aswell. Couldn't have found a nicer place to stay for Bay Dreams! Thanks again guys!

Sit in the spa and watch the stars at night. This open plan, family friendly home has been made for easy family living - open plan and you can see back yard from almost every main room. We also have everything you need if you have young kids including high chairs, cot, kids toys and books - just please look after them!
