GreenLinks/Lely Resort - Condo next to Flamingo & Mustang Golf Courses & Sam Snead's Tavern - Enjoy lake & golf course views from 1st floor private screened lanai!



GreenLinks Golf Villas community is located within Lely Resort, which is conveniently situated between Marco Island & Naples downtown 5th Ave. & close to local beaches. This well manicured golf community has unlimited vacation amenities. Vouchers for discounted (peak season) golf rounds (Flamingo & Mustang courses) are provided by the front desk staff October 15 through May 15. Limited free rounds of golf/week (Flamingo & Mustang courses) May 15th through October 15th w/cart fee of $30/round per person.

This 2BR/2BA 1st floor unit has sweeping lake views from the main living area & primary suite. The private screened lanai, accessible from the Living Room & Primary suite, directly overlooks the tranquil lake with extended views of the golf course as well.



The owners have spared no expense in the updated furnishings and decor throughout this coastal inspired unit.



This spacious living room/dining room combo provides ample seating with a large smart TV w/free cable & wifi.



There's also a private designated office space in the foyer for the convenience of working remotely.



The unit boasts a split bedroom floor plan for the ultimate in vacation privacy. The primary bedroom (king bed) provides a smart TV & direct access to screened lanai. You'll also find a private en suite bath w/dual vanities, wall mounted hair dryer, garden soaking tub & separate shower.



The guest bedroom (2 twin beds) houses a smart TV and direct access to the guest/full bath. Guest/full bath has shower only & wall mounted hair dryer & can be accessed from the hallway or the guest BR via pocket door.



The open & bright kitchen w/granite counter tops and built in microwave is well appointed with cookware and utensils for your culinary endeavors. However, Sam Snead's Tavern is conveniently located within Lely Resort for your dining pleasure as well. Great spot to relax and unwind following a day on one of the two award winning golf courses.



Stackable washer/dryer housed in closet just off the kitchen.



Enjoy serene lake & golf course views from your 1st floor screened lanai with outdoor dining space.



GreenLinks also offers an impressive resort style heated swimming pool & spa with plenty of lounge chair seating & table/chairs for outdoor dining. Gas BBQ grills are located nearby for your outdoor grilling needs. The adjoining clubhouse also provides a fitness center available for tenant use. Additionally, the resort offers tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard & corn hole.



This private rental unit also supplies guests with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & coolerfor use during their stay.

Great time at Greenlinks

We've stayed at Greenlinks before and the location is great. Property manager Tammy Novak was very responsive to a couple of questions and was helpful in orchestrating a late check out. A all around relaxing stay!

Wonderful Stay - Lely Greenlink Resorts

Booking this unit was easy and communication was always prompt. Received text when arrived to make sure there were no issues. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The property was as listed on VRBO and would recommend for anyone to stay. The location and neighborhood is scenic and close to many things. Check in process was smooth with no issues. Overall rating is 5 stars and definitely would book again in the future.

A great stay for a family

We really enjoyed staying on Lely. It’s a well kept, beautiful site with lovely gardens and pool area. The pool area was always clean and had plenty of comfortable sun loungers. Lely is also close to supermarkets, places to eat, any amenities you may want. The condo itself was very well appointed. There was everything you needed for self catering. It was clean and light and airy. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were great with plenty of towels. We really appreciated that there was all the essentials like soap, washing up liquid, toilet paper etc all there for us to use. Great for kids there were pool noodles and a rubber ring. And for the beach, two chairs, a beach umbrella and a cool box. All round a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

Nice place

Nice place but the building was being re-roofed during the stay. There was no prior notification of the work nor were the safety controls very good. Roofing debris fell from the roof without warning. The majority of the work was done in a week but sporadic activity took place for a further two weeks.

Unfortunately the same day we arrived we learned about a death in our family and we had to leave the following morning. Great Stay at GreenLinks

This is a beautiful Unit. Tammy and Neil have made both practical and tasteful updates to the property, which has a million dollar view of the Lely Flamingo golf course. Everything was clean and worked well. My football loving son enjoyed the updated 65" Smart TV. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and cooked-in for the holiday. Our kids dubbed the cooking area the "Magic Kitchen" because it was so well equipped. The GreenLinks pool was wonderful and it is an easy five minute walk to Sam Snead's Tavern and the Mustang and Flamingo golf courses. Our hosts were great communicators and responsive to our questions. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this Unit.
