Welcome to our chic, family-friendly North Bondi unit. Our art deco space, is neat and cosy and has all the necessities for a comfortable beachside stay.

We’re a 1 minute walk from the infamous sands of Bondi Beach and on the doorstep of Bondi’s best cafes and restaurants. Whether you’re an avid surfer, enjoy a weekend market, or prefer to picnic on the grassy hills of the Biddigal Reserve, North Bondi has a place for everyone to enjoy.

Great base in Sydney

Great holiday base in Sydney. Comfortable 2 bedroom ground floor apartment 100m walk from Bondi North shops and bus stop. 200m to the Bondi beach. Entry was super easy and host was quick to reply to any queries. We stayed for 7 days (2 adults and 2 kids) and only used public transport to get about, including from airport and to city centre for ferries which was super easy and fast. Apartment had all that we needed, comfortable beds and enough in the kitchen to cook meals. Close to great coffee shops and cafes in Bondi North and Bondi. Would stay again :)

Bad

Sheets were clean and EVERYTHING else was not. I attempted to liase with the property manager on this and was totally shut down. No offer of a solution - an extra clean maybe! - took multiple pictures on arrival and tried to share them with her but she just was not interested. We left two days early. Furthermore - trying to find a way to raise this with Stayz directly was impossible. All in all the worst stay we've had anywhere and the only time i've ver written a negative review of anything.

Hello, and welcome to my home! My name is Nicole, and I was born and raised in Sydney. Ever since I was a little girl, I loved visiting Bondi Beach to spend time by the water. As a child, I spent hours building fortresses of sand until I was old enough to play in the waves. When I learnt how to body surf as a teenager, it was impossible to get me out of the ocean. And still, as an adult, it’s hard to keep me away from Bondi’s shoreline.

Why they chose this property

Our art deco abode was built in 1930 – it’s almost 100 years old! It’s still standing strong and has a total of 12 units in the building. We’re situated on ground floor so it won’t even feel like we’ve got neighbours, but given the common wall, noise does travel.

I set out to create a space where I could welcome others who wanted to experience the wonder and charm that is Bondi Beach. So whether you’re here for a holiday, an anniversary, or by complete chance, welcome. This place has so much to offer so I hope you love it as much as I do.

Bondi Beach is an absolute sanctuary of natural beauty, which fosters a solace and peace that is otherwise hard to find. Whether in the early hours of the morning, cooling off on a hot summers day or during the afternoon sunset, it’s beauty can be enjoyed by anyone.
